Ingredients:
8 chicken drumsticks
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup grey poupon dijon mustard
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Place in a roasting pan.
Combine mustard and honey. Pour over chicken, and marinate for 1 hour or overnight.
Bake in a preheated 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) oven for 1 hour, basting often.
Servings: 4 Points: 6 for 2 drumsticks or 3 ounce chicken breast
