Vanilla Ricotta Creme Crepes with Chocolate Sauce

Ingredients:
Chocolate Chip Pancake (1 Fueling)
Little more than 1/4 cup water
1/4 cup part skim ricotta cheese 2-3 grams fat/oz (1/4 Lean)
1/2 packet Stevia (1/2 Condiment)
1/8 tsp vanilla extract (1/8 Condiment)
1 tbsp Walden Farms Chocolate Syrup (1/2 Condiment)

Directions:
Combine chocolate chip pancake mix with water. The consistency should be a little thinner than pancake batter. Spray non-stick skillet with cooking spray. Pour batter into pan and cook until done. Set aside.
Combine ricotta cheese, stevia, and vanilla extract until blended. Put mixture inside crepe. Drizzle 1 tbsp chocolate syrup over the top.
