Ingredients: 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1 (1 1/4 ounce) package reduced-sodium taco seasoning mix
1/4 cup water
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup salsa
1/4 cup fat free sour cream
Directions
Spray liner of crock pot with vegetable spray. Add the chicken breasts on the bottom. Don't lay them on top of each other. Combine taco seasoning mix, chili powder, cumin powder, garlic powder, water and salsa in a small bowl. Pour on top of chicken. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Shred chicken in crock pot and then stir in sour cream.
