Ingredients: 1/4 cup soy sauce
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1 clove garlic, minced
2 1/2-3 lbs. chicken
Directions:
Mix first 6 ingredients in a medium bowl. Add chicken and coat with sauce. Let chicken marinate in sauce for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Bake at 350 degrees for an hour and a half basting frequently.
