Tuna Patties

Ingredients:
7 oz tuna, drained (1 Lean)
1 pkt. cream of broccoli (1 Meal)
1 egg white
1/4 tsp Mc Cormick Perfect Pinch Cajun Seasoning (1 Condiment)
1/8 tsp salt (1/2 Condiment)

Directions:
Mix ingredients together and spoon into skillet that has 2 tsp of olive oil heated. Flip over when one side is browned and continue cooking until done.

1 Meal with 1 1/2 Condiments and 2 Healthy Fats
