Simple Pot Roast

Ingredients:
2 lbs 10 oz chuck roast (6 Leans)
1 tsp kosher salt (4 Condiments)
1/2 tsp pepper (1 Condiment)
1/2 tsp garlic powder (1 Condiment)
1 tsp Italian seasoning (2 Condiments)
2 cups beef broth or 1 can  (2 Condiments)

Directions:
Remove all visible fat from roast. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and garlic powder on all sides of roast. Place roast in slow cooker. Pour beef broth over roast and sprinkle Italian seasoning over the top. Cover and cook on low 8 to 9 hours.
