Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup hot sauce
2 tbsp tabasco sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
dash of pepper
dash of garlic powder
Oil for frying
1/2 cup flour
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp red pepper
1/4 tsp salt
14 chicken wings
Directions:
In a small bowl combine flour, paprika, red pepper, and salt. Place chicken in a large glass dish and sprinkle flour mixture over them until they are evenly coated. Cover dish and refrigerate 2 hours.
Heat oil in frying pan. The oil should be just enough to cover the wings entirely. Fry coated wings in hot oil for 10 to 15 minutes or until browned. Remove from heat.
Combine butter, hot sauce, tabasco sauce, brown sugar, pepper, and garlic powder in a medium sauce pan over low heat until blended. Add the wings and stir to coat simmering on low heat for about 5 minutes. Serve.
