Ingredients: 13.25 oz Whole Wheat Spaghetti
26 oz Spaghetti Sauce (I used Ragu Roasted Garlic)
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup Fat Free Mozzerella Cheese
1 cup Fat Free Cheddar Cheese
12 oz Sundried Tomato and Basil Chicken Sausage, diced
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). In medium saucepan, combine chicken sausage, spaghetti sauce, onion, garlic, and spices. Reduce heat and simmer.
Meanwhile, bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Mix in pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
Mix together spaghetti and meat mixture, pour into 9x13 pan. Top with mozzerella and cheddar cheeses. Bake for 30 minutes, or until heated through and cheese is bubbly.
