Caramel Apple Salad

Ingredients:

4 servings fat free sugar free instant butterscotch pudding mix
20 ounces Dole canned crushed pineapple in juice
1 cup unsalted dry roasted peanuts
4 cups Granny Smith apples peeled, cored and cut into bite sized chunks
8 ounces Cool Whip fat free whipped topping

Directions:
Add pudding mix to undrained pineapple and mix well. Add apples and peanuts. Fold in Cool Whip. Serve immediately or refrigerate to store.
