Golden Parmesan Roasted Potatoes

Slightly adapted from Gooseberry Patch's Cozy Country Christmas

Ingredients:
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
6 potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges
1/4 cup butter, melted

Directions:
Place flour, cheese, sat and pepper in a plastic Ziploc bag; mix well. Add potato wedges; shake to coat. Pour butter into a 13" x 9" baking pan; arrange potatoes in pan. There will be some flour/parmesan mixture left after placing the potatoes in the pan. I just threw away the excess. Bake at 375 degrees for one hour.
