Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups

Ingredients:
1 package Optavia hot cocoa or brownie mix (1 Fueling)
2 tablespoon PB2 (1 Optional Snack)
1 packet of stevia (optional)

Directions:
Mix 2 tablespoons of PB2 and stevia with 1 1/2 tablespoons of water until creamy. Set aside. 
In another container, mix hot cocoa or brownie with 3 tablespoons of water. 
Spread half of the chocolate mixture over the bottom of a ramekin or silicone baking cup. 
Spread PB2 over the chocolate bottom layer. 
Then spread the rest of the chocolate mixture over the top of the PB2. 
Place in the freezer for at least one hour.

Makes 1 Serving
1 Fueling, 1 Optional Snack and 1 Condiment (if using stevia)
